High Precision Self Compensation Static Balance Calibration System

 

 

High precision self compensation static balance calibration system is a fully automatic static balance calibration system with high accuracy for 0~5000N load static calibration of beam strain balance. The innovation points are as following:
 
(1) Resetting mechanism, driven by AC servo motor, uses worm drive with variable tooth thickness to realize automatic calibration with 0.0108% resetting precision.
 
(2) Laser holography lens splitting technology and laser drift compensation technology are combined into the sub measurement system, which improved resetting and measurement accuracy in terms of measurement.
